These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.noracoaching.com ("the Site") and the purchase of coaching services ("Services") offered by Nora Coaching.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing the Site, booking, or purchasing our Services, the user (the "Client") acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you object to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Services.

 

2. Service Description and Disclaimer

 

Nora Coaching offers holistic coaching and energetic well-being services. A detailed description of each Service (duration, content, pricing) is available on the Site.

Crucial Disclaimer: The Services offered by Nora Coaching are for self-development and complementary purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed healthcare provider.

 

3. Client Obligations and Acknowledgment

 

  1. Punctuality and Preparation: The Client agrees to be punctual and adequately prepared for all sessions.

  2. Responsibility and Liability: The Client acknowledges and accepts that they are solely responsible for their own health, well-being, decisions, and actions taken as a result of the coaching Services.

  3. Medical Care: The Client agrees to consult with their physician or licensed mental health professional for any physical or psychological ailment and before making any changes to their medical treatment.

 

4. Coach Obligations (Nora Coaching)

 

  1. Quality of Service: We commit to providing the Services with professionalism, competence, and adherence to ethical standards.

  2. Confidentiality: We commit to respecting the strict confidentiality of all exchanges and shared information (except where disclosure is legally required, such as imminent danger).

  3. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a coaching relationship if the service falls outside our scope of practice or if the Client violates these Terms.

 

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

 

  1. Pricing: Service prices are those displayed on the Site.

  2. Payment: Payment for Services is due in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure, certified payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  1. Cancellation by Client:

    • Any session canceled by the Client more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

    • Any session canceled by the Client less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be forfeited and charged at 100% of the service fee.

  2. Cancellation by Coach: If Nora Coaching must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a time convenient for both parties at no additional charge.

  3. Satisfaction Guarantee: If, after your first individual session, you are not satisfied, you must email us within 48 hours with detailed feedback. Upon review, Nora Coaching may proceed with a full refund for that session. This guarantee applies only to the first individual session.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Site and any coaching tools provided (texts, images, logos, videos, methodologies) are the exclusive property of Nora Coaching. Content is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or use without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee

 

Nora Coaching provides tools and guidance but makes no guarantee of specific results (financial, emotional, relational, etc.). The Client holds ultimate responsibility for their progress. In no event shall Nora Coaching be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or the Services, or from decisions made by the Client.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties shall prioritize seeking an amicable resolution for any dispute.
