Family Constellations: Releasing the Unconscious Legacy

Family Constellation is a powerful therapeutic method that reveals hidden dynamics within your family system. By releasing ancestral and transgenerational patterns, you restore balance, harmony, and emotional freedom. Each session helps you find your rightful place in your family lineage and reconnect with peace and love.

Family Constellation is a powerful systemic therapeutic method designed to identify and resolve repetitive patterns (blockages, conflicts, life difficulties) that originate in the history of our lineage, often through unresolved transgenerational traumas or secrets.

Practiced in a group or individually, this approach sheds light on the unconscious dynamics that maintain an imbalance in the family system. The ultimate goal is to free you from inherited burdens so that you can reclaim your rightful place and live your own life with greater serenity.

Core Principles

The Family System: The family is viewed as an interconnected whole. One member's distress is often a symptom of an overall imbalance, requiring a reorganization of the system.

Invisible Bonds: The method is based on the idea that we are tied to past events (unrecognized harm/grievance, hidden loyalties) and that these memories manifest in our current life. Their spontaneous feelings and positioning reveal the system's hidden dynamics.

The Movement of Healing: The therapist guides the system toward a resolution through freeing phrases or symbolic acts, thereby allowing order and balance to be restored.

Goals and Applications

Family Constellations offer concrete benefits across personal and relational challenges:

  • Problem Resolution: We help to untangle recurring family conflicts, relational difficulties, repeated failures (professional, financial), or certain health issues.

  • Full Realization: The process promotes deep self-awareness of unconscious mechanisms, allowing the individual to gain autonomy and make more fulfilling, authentic choices.

  • Modalities (Individual Focus): While the method can be practiced in a group, we conduct individual sessions using figurines or name cards to represent family members. This intimate, focused approach is a highly effective way to resolve complex relationship dynamics within the family system without requiring the participation of other family members or a group setting.
