Monthly Distance Group Healing

Once a month, on the 1st, I send an hour of energy healing to everyone in the circle. You do not need to be online for it. You choose the moment that suits you that day, sit or lie down, and set the intention to receive. It is 7 € a month.

✨ How the 1st works

You pick your own time. Some people take it in the middle of the day. Most take it before sleep. Find somewhere quiet, put your phone down, and let yourself rest. That is the whole of what is asked of you.

Before I begin I set up a safe space with many thousands of light beings and True Source, and I layer protection and help from all seven spheres of help. Then I work with the group field for an hour. I ground it, clear what sits heavy, and let the energy go where it is needed. Some of it comes through as light language. I close by sealing the field.

If you fall asleep through it, it still reaches you. Your energy field does not need you awake.

🌕 Why receive it with a group

Something happens in a shared field that does not happen alone. When a number of people hold the same intention on the same day, the field carries more, and each person draws from it what they need. Nobody receives the same thing, and nobody takes anything from anyone else.

It is also the easiest way to keep a rhythm. One hour a month, on a date you cannot forget, with nothing to book and nowhere to be.

I don't promise outcomes and I don't heal you. What members tell me most often is that the days after the 1st feel lighter, that they sleep better, and that something they had been carrying loosens. Some feel warmth or a wave of calm during the hour. Some feel nothing at the time and notice the shift a day or two later. Both are normal.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be online on the 1st?

No. There is no video call and no link to join. You choose a moment that day, rest somewhere quiet, and the transmission reaches you.

What if I forget, or I am busy all day?

Set the intention when you remember, even late in the evening. It is held for you across the whole day. If you sleep through it, it still reaches you.

How long does it last?

One hour. You do not have to lie still for all of it, though most people rest or fall asleep.

Can I stop?

Yes. The minimum is one month. After that you can stop whenever you like.

I have never done anything like this. Is that a problem?

No. Most people arrive with no experience at all. There is nothing to learn first and nothing to do correctly.

What is light language?

It is a sound that comes through me rather than from me, and it carries the work where words would get in the way. There is more about it on the light language page.

Does this replace medical care?

No. This work supports your well-being alongside whatever medical or psychological care you are receiving. It does not replace it.
